Dr. Carlos and his team, including Ivonne and all others who attended to my wound, demonstrated an impressive level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine concern for my well-being. Their combined efforts created an environment that was both calming and reassuring, instilling me with the confidence that I was in capable hands.
Dr. Ivonne Murillo’ (Wound Care Specialist) in particular, stood out with her exceptional knowledge and understanding of my situation . She took the time to listen attentively to my concerns, asking insightful questions to gather all the necessary information. Her empathetic approach made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns, and she explained every step of the treatment process in a clear and concise manner.
